Homestay Accommodation
To comply with code of practice requirements for international students, all homestay accommodation is arranged by King’s Education Ltd through a professional accommodation provider and has been carefully chosen and assessed.
All homestays are visited regularly and police vetted.
Homestay fee includes:
- Breakfast and cooked evening meal
- Lunch in the weekend
- Separate room with study desk, chair and reading light
- Room heaters in winter
- Our Homestay Coordinator has chosen good quality homestays to make our students feel comfortable
- Our homestays are near the city centre, or near a regular bus route
We choose homestays in safe areas of the city to ensure the safety of our students.
Homestay with a private bathroom is available on a limited basis.
Homestays for students under 18 years of age include lunches everyday.
Flat Share Accommodation
Minimum age: 18
King's Education also offers accommodation options in either inner city apartments with shared facilities, studio apartments or flat share accommodation. Living in this type of accommodation gives a high level of independence and the opportunity to practise your English with fellow students. Please note that this accommodation is self-catering and utilities such as power, internet connection and phone are additional costs. Residents will be responsible for cleaning their room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Please check the price and availability at time of booking.
You can expect this type of accommodation to have the following facilities:
- Twin share or single room with a single bed, wardrobe and desk
- Fully equipped kitchen facilities including stove, microwave, toaster, fridge and cutlery
- Television
- Furnished lounge area
- Close to city centre and regular bus route
- Other students to talk to
